Water tanks

The capacity of the cylindrical tanks depends on the diameter (that vary between 3 ms and 30m) and the height (table of measures and capacities is seen).
In order to secure other capacities several deposits, aligned or grouped can be connected to each other.

The tanks are constructed with steel plates galvanized of 2,5 ms of length by 1,25 ms of width that overlap some on others.
The plates, whose thickness is based on the diameter and the height of the deposit, make according to the European norm VERSUS 729 1971.

Each is perforated in all their perimeter so that they are reconciled without being mechanized in work.
They are assembled with special screws of round head that work as rivets and they are united with a sticky putty with polyurethane of great adhesion to obtain a perfectly sealed tank and watertight.

The inner surface is covered with bituminous painting of black color that protects the plate of the direct bonding with the water and darkens the interior to reduce the appearance of microorganisms.
As much the plates as the rest of materials are put under galvanized treatment of in continuous that surpasses the 275 grs of zinc by m2. The rest of the pieces: angular, tortillería, stairs,… are galvanized in the heat of the moment according to the norm VERSUS IN 10142 1991.
