Base
The base is of concrete. When realizing the order of the deposit, TANKEROS facilitates the necessary planes for its execution. This takes place in two phases that create a unit of died load, which allows the balance of the set (body of deposit + concrete base) against the action of the wind when the tank is empty and assumes the tensions when it is in the heat of load.
Requirements of the Land: For all construction the land must have a minimum resistance of 1.5 Kg./cm2.
1ª Phase: Support
It corrects any failure in the unit of the land and guarantees the uniformity and resistance of the base.
2ª Phase: Seal
It is executed once completed the assembly of the deposit. It consists of a reinforced concrete layer and waterproof of 350 kg of cement by concrete m3. The thickness will be of 150 mm in the interior and 250 mm in the outer peripheral step. The membrane deposits only require a base like support (1ª phase).
Cover
The ceiling is of galvanized, prelacada and sulciform plate, arranged in horizontal with a slight fall to two waters to evacuate outer rain.
Also we have conical ceilings, designed to hermetic deposits (potable water) with an inclination of 8º to 15º following the diameter, constructed with prefabricated galvanized steel panels. The support of the ceiling becomes by means of radial strap in the form of “inverted L� of galvanized steel.
